Chris van den Berg is the driving force behind AG2G Admin Services, where her passion and relentless commitment to building a professional Company rooted in ethical values serve as the foundation of the business. Her journey began in 2002 at an Accounting and Audit Firm in Limerick, Ireland, where she gained valuable experience and knowledge. 

Chris’s determination led her to embrace higher challenges in Dubai and Mauritius, further honing her skills along the way. In 2012, she took a bold step and founded her own Firm, which has since evolved into the thriving AG2G Admin Services Ltd. we proudly know today. With a reputation built on trust and reliability, Chris has fostered a solid business that her Clients wholeheartedly attest to. In her off time, she finds joy in nature, gardening, and painting, allowing her creativity to flourish beyond the office.

Monica, who started with AG2G Admin Services Ltd. in 2014, brings nearly a decade of experience and dedication to her role. As a proud mom and grandmother (soon to be three!), she balances warmth with expertise, ensuring every Client receives knowledgeable and dependable support.

Attorney & Notary

The Firm started in 1995 as a sole proprietorship by Johan Walker practicing as Johan Walker Attorneys, the firm was also enrolled on the panels of ABSA, FNB and STANDARD BANK to attend to the registrations of bonds and transfer of properties.

The Firm then continued under various names for a number of years. In 2011 the Firm was re-acquired by Johan Walker who commenced the practicing as a sole proprietorship once more. The Firm was known as Johan Walker Attorneys from 2011 up to June 2014

On the 30th day of June 2014 Le-Roy Walker was admitted as an Attorney by the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria and became a partner of Johan Walker whereafter the Firm operated as a partnership known as Walker Attorneys.

The Firm was then registered in the records of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission and started to operate as an incorporated Company from March 2015. Le-Roy Walker acted sole Director of the firm, whilst Johan Walker is primarily responsible for the Conveyancing Department and Shareholder of the Firm.

During 2022 Johan Walker was re-appointed as a Director and Thabo Moses Senne was further added as a Director of the Company together with their respective shareholding in the Company. During 2023 Mr TM Senne resigned as Director and Shareholder from the Company, thereafter Mrs Thembela Pamela Klaas was appointed as a Director and Shareholder. During 2024 Mrs TP Klaas resigned as Director but remains active as a Shareholder and consultant in the Firm.

Director, Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary (B. Proc)(LLB) UNISA

Founder of Walker Inc, first admitted as an Attorney on 26th day of May 1992 in the High Court of Pretoria.

Admitted as a Conveyancer and a Notary. Johan has experience in various fields including criminal offences, property transfers, notarial drafting, and deceased estates. He now head the Conveyancing Department of the Firm and provides extensive knowledge and professional advice to Walker Inc Clients. Johan has further also been an active Member of Rotary for the past 30 years and he has been nominated as President for the year 2026.

Director, Attorney & Notary (LLB) UNISA

Le-Roy Admitted as an Attorney on the 30th day of June 2014, completed the necessary Practice Management Training (PMT) to head the administrative functions of the Company and was further admitted as a Notary Public on the 29th day of January 2016. Currently acting as a Director of Walker Inc.

He has experience in Insolvency matters, has been under tutorship of Johan Walker and handles all estate surrenders, liquidations and sequestration, further attends to divorce matters and various technical High Court matters.
